WHERE IS XPRESS BODY LOCATED?

XPRESS BODY BOOT CAMP is located at 121 Carolyn Blvd Farmingdale, N.Y just one block off RTE 110.  We are minutes away from the L.I.E., RTE 109 and the Southern State PKWY

HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?

Single classes are $25. We also offer class packages of 5, 10, 20, and unlimited monthly options. Premium packages include weekly weight ins, meal prep and meal planning (we can deliver your cooked meals to you)

 

WHAT IF I NEED MORE HELP?

We also have a monthly challenges and a V.I.P. programs focusing on body transformations and rapid fat burn.  Programs include before after photos, weekly weight-ins, Body Fat Calibrations, Posture Analysis, Functional Movement Screening, Nutritional Coaching, Food Prep and Meal Planning and Book here.

WHAT IF I'M JUST A BEGINNER OR NOT IN SHAPE? No sweat we are in the business of getting folks in shape so we will be happy to modify the program for you, so welcome to the family!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR CLASSES?

Sessions run 35 minutes in length.  You may arrive 10 minutes early to warm up and stretch.

IS 35 MINUTES ENOUGH?  

Lol...Great question! After you finish your first session you will be amazed at how much you can accomplish when your workouts are structured and you have someone there to guide you and keep you focused.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Classes start on time and no entry is permitted once we begin so please do your best to arrive a few minutes early.  We may make an exceptions for a first time lateness or major delays in mass traffic but we do not think it is fair to interrupt your session to accommodate late arrivals.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS AND WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes and bring a water bottle and a small hand towel. Be ready to sweat like never before because you are in for quite an experience! If you do not have a water bottle you may purchase one at the front desk.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?

We do not have locker rooms or showers, but storage cubbies are provided for your personal belongings.

DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING? Yesss!

WHAT IF I JUST WANT AN AWESOME WORKOUT?  That's what the packages are for so choose the one that works best for you.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT?
